TMH series linear guide rail is a four-row single-arc tooth-type contact linear guide rail. At the same time, it integrates the heavy-load precision linear guide rail with optimized structural design, which improves the load and rigidity capacity compared with other linear guide rails. It has four-direction load characteristics and automatic centering function, can absorb the assembly error of the mounting surface, and obtain high precision requirements.
TMR series replaces steel balls with roller-type rolling elements, which are designed to realize ultra-high rigidity and overweight load capacity. Through the linear contact mode between the rolling element and the slide rail and the slide block, the rolling element can only form a slight amount of elastic deformation when bearing high load, and through the design of 45-degree contact angle, the overall linear guide rail can achieve the characteristics of high rigidity and high load capacity in four directions.
The TMB series uses four rows of steel balls to bear the load design, so that it has the characteristics of high rigidity and high load. The end ball screw is composed of a screw, a nut, a steel ball and an end cover. An axial through-hole is machined on the nut as a steel ball return flow, which enters the end cover from the spiral groove of the lead screw and then returns to the spiral groove through the through-hole to make infinite circular motion.
The inner circulation ball screw is composed of a screw, a nut, a steel ball and a reflux cover. The steel ball is circulated in a single circle, and the reflux cover spans and connects two adjacent ball grooves. The steel ball changes its direction through the reflux cover to form a single closed reflux path.
The external circulation ball screw is composed of screw, nut, steel ball, elbow and fixed block. The steel ball is between the screw and the nut, enters the elbow from the spiral groove of the screw, and then returns to the spiral groove through the elbow to make infinite circular motion.
