Construction

The end ball screw is composed of a screw, a nut, a steel ball and an end cover. An axial through-hole is machined on the nut as a steel ball return flow, which enters the end cover from the spiral groove of the lead screw and then returns to the spiral groove through the through-hole to make infinite circular motion. This design allows the steel ball to travel through the front and rear ends of the nut. Because all spiral grooves are covered with effective balls, the length of the nut is shorter than that of the traditional design under the same dynamic load.
